Help identify the problem

Include the page address, your browser, the image format and dimensions, and the exact error message if there is one. For a repeated-pattern issue, describe which preview you used and the settings that produced it. A screenshot is optional.

You do not need to send the original image to use the tool or to report an issue. If you choose to attach a file to your email, it will leave your device through your email service. Do not send private images, passwords or account codes.

What this tool supports

The texture tool page accepts one JPG, PNG, WebP, BMP, GIF still image or supported TIFF first page at a time and generates one original-size PNG. Copy PNG depends on image clipboard support in your browser. HEIC, RAW, PSD and SVG are not accepted.

The Normal Map Generator accepts JPG, PNG and WebP and exports one original-size PNG. It estimates relief from brightness; it does not measure physical geometry. Its controls are normal strength, smoothing and OpenGL/DirectX direction. Both tools run locally and accept one image at a time.
